JSON Structure

Your script must be a valid JSON object. The root object must have a `scenes` key, which is an array of scene objects. Each scene object needs a `scene_type` and a `script` array.

Characters

• narrator: The storyteller. Can issue action commands.
• duck / duck 1 / duck 2: The main characters.
• goose: A wise (or sly) teacher figure.
• swan: A sophisticated, eloquent character.
• segual: The creator (for "Websim" topics).
• websim: The system running their world (for "Websim" topics).
• User: YOU! Only available in "Explained by Ducks with YOU" mode. Your lines are filled in by you.
• mallard / mallard 1: Background characters.
• duckling / duckling 1: Child characters.
• frog: A wise character.

Scene Types

• lone_duck: (1 duck) For personal/introspective topics.
• party: (3 ducks) For social topics.
• lesson: (1 duck, 1 goose/frog) For explaining concepts.
• lesson_party: (3 ducks, 1 goose/frog) For complex concepts.

Action Commands (Narrator only)

Format: `!command+target+argument`

• !music+trackname: Change background music.
• !duckappear+character: Makes a character appear.
• !duckhide+character: Makes a character disappear.
• !duckmove+character+location: Moves a character.
• !duckhold+character+item: Character holds an item.
• !duckdrop+character+item: Character drops an item.
• !duckemote+character+emotion: Character shows an emotion.
  Emotions: happy, sad, angry, surprised, confused
• !ducknod+character: Character nods their head.
• !duckshakehead+character: Character shakes their head.
• !duckface+speaker+listener: Speaker turns to face listener.
• !duckturn+character+direction: Character turns to face left or right.
• !duckpeck+character: Character performs a pecking motion.
• !duckswim+character: Character performs a subtle swimming motion.
• !sfx+soundname: Play a short sound effect.
  Sounds: quack, splash, gulp, chuckle, pop
• !itemappear+itemname+location: Makes an item appear at a scene location.
• !itemhide+itemname: Makes an item disappear from scene.
• !itemmove+itemname+location: Moves an item to a new scene location.
• !pondripple: Adds a visual ripple animation to the pond.
• !shine+character: Adds a brief shining/glowing effect to a character.
• !sizeup+character: Makes a character temporarily larger.
• !sizedown+character: Makes a character temporarily smaller.
• !sizenormal+character: Resets character size to normal.
